l Application: imaging, beam expansion or reduction, convergence
l Operating wavelength: 200 nm-8.0 μm (uncoated)
The double-convex lens has a positive focal length and can be used to focus collimated beams or collimate point light sources. Double-convex lenses are widely used in imaging applications. Tuniu selects calcium fluoride to manufacture various lenses, as calcium fluoride exhibits high transmittance in the ultraviolet and infrared spectral ranges, along with an extremely high damage threshold, making it widely applicable in the excimer laser industry. Calcium fluoride also possesses excellent chemical inertness and, compared with similar materials like barium fluoride and magnesium fluoride, it offers significantly higher hardness. It is an ideal choice for lenses applied in the ultraviolet and infrared bands. Our lenses are finely processed with strict quality control to ensure that Tuniu provides high-quality lens products at reasonable prices. CaF2 material is prone to deliquescence in high-humidity environments. It is recommended to maintain an ambient humidity of 25% and a temperature of 20 °C when in use, as elevated temperatures accelerate deliquescence. After each use, please clean the product thoroughly and store it in a dry cabinet (25% humidity, 20°C temperature). Because the material is slightly irritating, operators should wear a dust mask and rubber gloves to avoid direct contact, and wash their hands after handling. Avoid contact or storage with acidic substances.
Attributes
Double-Convex Lenses, CaF2, Uncoated: 200 nm - 8.0 μm·
The Tuniu Double-Convex Lenses have a positive focal length and are commonly used for image reduction or beam divergence. Among them, calcium fluoride is typically employed in applications requiring high transmittance in both infrared and ultraviolet ranges. All circular lenses from Tuniu are pre-installed with standard lens tubes or lens mounting adapters. These mechanical components are engraved with the product model, type, diameter, and focal length for easy identification of lens parameters.
Double-Convex Lenses, CaF2, Uncoated: 200 nm - 8.0 μm, Unmounted
The Tuniu Double-Convex Lenses have a positive focal length and are commonly used for image reduction or beam divergence. Among them, calcium fluoride is typically employed in applications requiring high transmittance in both infrared and ultraviolet ranges. All circular lenses from Tuniu can be mounted in Tuniu standard lens tubes, fixed lens mounts, and various coaxial mounting plates. Customers can choose the optimal mounting solution for different application scenarios.
