     The Tuniu Wire Grid Polarizers (WGPs) consist of two N-BK7 glass substrates with an aluminum wire grid polarizing film sandwiched in between, designed to generate linearly polarized light with a specific polarization orientation. When light passes through the metal wire grid, the periodically arranged metal wires interact with the electric field of the light, splitting it into electric field components parallel and perpendicular to the grid. The parallel component is absorbed or reflected by the metal wires, while the perpendicular component transmits through the grid, forming linearly polarized light. Compared with polymer polarizers, wire grid polarizers offer higher operating temperatures and damage thresholds.      The wire grid polarizer, operating at wavelengths of 420-1100 nm, has anti-reflection coatings on the air-contact surfaces of substrates on both sides corresponding to the wavelength range. It is installed in mechanical retaining ring mounts of Ø12.7 mm and Ø25.4 mm, with clear apertures of Ø10 mm and Ø21.5 mm respectively. The product housing is marked with the model number and transmission axis direction for easy use by customers.

Wire Grid Polarizers, 420-1100 nm, with Rotation Mount

     The wire grid polarizers with an operating wavelength of 420-1100 nm have anti-reflection coatings on the air-contact surfaces of substrates on both sides, corresponding to the respective wavelength bands. The polarizers with retaining ring mounts are installed in the rotation mounts CRM-05AS and CRM-1AS, with clear apertures of Ø10 mm and Ø21.5 mm, respectively. The transmission axes of the products are all aligned with the 0° marking line and fixed with adhesive for convenient use by customers.
